System support is not just about mending your computer when it breaks down; it’s about responsiveness, speed of fix, and reestablishment of a fully functional computer system whether the fault lies with the hardware or operating software.
SOLUNET has developed sophisticated service management procedures that enable us to offer support agreements that are uniquely tailored to a customer’s individual requirement. Each element of equipment and software can be covered, if required, by a different maintenance evel commensurate with the impact a failure would have upon the company. These include full on-site contracts, which cover all parts and labor with agreed response times through to off-site repairs in our workshop for hardware. System software is additionally supported by telephone and remote modem diagnostics.
Our experienced engineer who will be able to assist with the initial diagnosis of the fault answers support calls. The call is then entered into the service management system and an appropriate engineer assigned to the call. The call is automatically monitored at all times under senior management supervision to ensure that it is responded to promptly and the customer remains advised of its status until cleared.
